These terms apply to text messages sent by Yvsolutions.com llc under the YV Solutions, YV Plumber, YV Pro, and related YV brands.

Program description

Our text-messaging program provides transactional communications related to a person's request or existing service relationship. Messages may include service-request acknowledgments, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, requested follow-up, technician or partner coordination, and account or service updates. We do not use this program to send unsolicited messages.

How consent is obtained

You may opt in by affirmatively selecting an unchecked SMS-consent box on a YV website form, or by providing documented verbal consent during a conversation with YV Solutions. Consent applies only to the message categories disclosed when consent is requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email info@yvsolutions.com, or call 833-496-8775.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and service providers that enable delivery and operation of the text-messaging service.
